Return Policy

At Pivou, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

How to Return a Product:

1. Contact our customer service team via skincarepivou@gmail.com.
2. You will receive a return label and further instructions from us.
3. Carefully package the product and attach the return label to the package.
4. Drop off the package at your nearest post office.

Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refund: Once we have received your return, the full purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
